Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
