Battery Won't Turn On
Quick Fixes:
- Make sure it's charged (plug in for 30 minutes)
- Click button 5 times rapidly to unlock
- Check for debris in charging port
- Try a different charging cable
No Vapor Production
Check These:
- Is the battery on? (LED should light when firing)
- Is the cartridge properly connected?
- Is the cartridge empty or clogged?
- Try a different cartridge to isolate the problem
Blinking Light Codes
| Pattern | Usually Means | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| 3 blinks | Short circuit/connection issue | Clean contacts, check cartridge |
| 10 blinks | Battery low | Charge battery |
| Rapid blink | Locked or protection mode | 5 clicks to unlock |
Poor Connection
Solutions:
- Clean both battery and cartridge contacts with isopropyl alcohol
- Gently lift the center pin on battery if pushed down
- Ensure cartridge is threaded properly (not too tight)
- Try magnetic adapter if available
Weak/Harsh Hits
- Weak: Increase voltage if variable; battery may be dying
- Harsh: Decrease voltage; oil may be burning
- Try preheat mode for thick oils
When to Replace
Replace your battery if:
- Capacity is significantly reduced
- Issues persist after troubleshooting
- Physical damage is visible
- Battery is more than 1-2 years old
